Every day we are bombarded with information about nutritional choices. This diet, that diet… It never ends!!! You can read every blog post or article in the world to only find yourself even more confused by the conflicting evidence.
The purpose of this blog is not to tell you what to eat but to provide background information you can use to make an educated choice for yourself. Sales-pitch words like “detox” or “antioxidants” have become overused in advertisements. With so many “health food” companies using fancy terms to make themselves appear credible, how does one discern the good from the bogus? Hence, in this blog I also hope to clarify the lost meaning of many “market” terms to help you decide which products to buy.
I believe that with nutrition there’s no one fit for all as our bodies are different and have various metabolic requirements. Therefore, please do not take everything I write with a grain of salt but instead see how it works for you.
